1. 名誉会长 / 名誉赞助 敬请善长仁翁联络本理事会成员以便推举您成为本舘赞助人注：本舘将于庙宇30年地契更新及翻新完成后重新委任荣誉与名誉职位于本庙之善长仁翁2. 永久会员 永久会员费为一次性$200（免缴年捐）3. 普通会员 会员费每年$124. 卓氏户口费 凡我卓氏子弟可于每年祖叔公圣诞千秋时自愿报告户口人数并缴交每口$2作为本庙经费，户主（灯主）将参加卜头家炉主。
